Covid-19 — Coronavirus

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, and all Friends from the Community:

During the recent troubling news about the international coronavirus outbreak, we want to let you know about what we are doing here at Evangelical Lutheran Church of Durham.  We are not canceling worship or any other activities at this time.  We are taking precautions for your safety.  Plenty of soap and hand sanitizer are available around the church building.  We have made some changes in our worship service which cut down on hand-shaking, etc.

PLEASE, if you have an illness of any kind, call your doctor, stay home, and take care of yourself until you are feeling better.

Finally, PRAY with all of us for all those impacted by the coronavirus – those who are infected, those who have lost a family member, medical personnel who are serving during this difficult time, etc.  Remember, “God is our ultimate refuge and strength at all times!” ~ Pastor David Deal and Members of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Durham
