“CONNECTIONS – Sunday Morning Scriptures to our Monday through Saturday Lives”  is a small group of adults meeting to read scriptures through the lenses of our work, family, and community lives.  The first meeting was Thursday, May 22 from 7 to 8 PM, but if you missed it, we’ll also meet on Sunday, May 25, 9-10 AM  in the church Fellowship Hall.

Sunday, May 25 – Easter Worship continues with Holy Communion at 10:300 AM.  The Sermon theme is “Easter People – Never Orphaned.”  After worship, you’re invited to gather at noon in Durham Cemetery along with Veterans of Riegelsville American Legion Post #950 for a ceremony of sacred remembrance.

The Feast of the Ascension is Thursday, May 29, and our congregation will join others from the Palisades Cluster for a very special Festival Worship Service. The service will be held at St Peter’s in Riegelsville and will start at 7:30 PM.  There will be special music, and dessert and fellowship after the service.

This summer there are two fantastic opportunities for children from our congregation and the community.  Bear Creek Day Camp will be held from June 30 through July 3, 9 AM-3 PM at St. Peter’s in Riegelsville.   Our VBS this year is called “Weird Animals,” and will be held during the evenings (6:30-8:30) from Sunday, July 20 to Thursday, July 24.  Please contact me at 610-346-8500 or 610-346-8314 for registration materials for either of this fun summer activities for kids.
