News Update for the week of August 20-16

THIS Sunday, August 26 – Backpack Blessing!  Kids, bring your backpacks to church!  Worship still at 10 AM.

Fall Kickoff is Coming

Sunday, September 9 – Regular  worship schedule resumes

9:00 AM     Christian Education for children and adults

10:30 AM     Worship

11:30 AM     Church Picnic – Bring fruit, salads, baked beans, deviled eggs, desserts,                                    Church Council will provide hot dogs and hamburgers, condiments,                                         beverages, and paper goods.

2:30 PM        “God’s Work, Our Hands” – Multiple service activities at St.                                                         Andrews in Perkasie and Little Zion in Telford. Check out the sign-up                                       sheets in the Narthex.

Bring in new school supplies through Sunday, September 9.  They will be part of our National Day of  Service activities. The list of supplies is posted on our website.

Not Your Average Bake Sale – No-Bake Bake Sale on Sunday, September 16. Instead of baking or buying a baked good, just make a donation to support the Community Holiday Dinner!  Watch for marked envelopes in the Narthex to make your donation.

FYI – St. Mary’s Cares in Langhorne, PA will take any medical equipment – walkers, canes, crutches, wheelchairs, commodes, etc.  They sterilize the equipment and then make it available to those in need.  If you have items to donate and would like them to be picked up, you can contact Paul and Margaret Pfisterer at [email protected] of 610-294-9412.  Find more info at
