Worship in ON for Sunday, November 4

Bishop Burkat is still coming to worship with us on Sunday morning, November 4th at 10:30 AM.  There will be NO Sunday School.  As there is no power at the church, worship will be outside, so please dress warmly.  This will be an informal service of thanksgiving for our safety, prayers for those in need, and remembrance of the rich history of Durham.  A formal All Saints service of remembrance will be held later in the month.

After worship the Bishop will visit the Red Cross shelter at Palisades High School, where St. Luke Ferndale has been providing the evening hot meal.  The shelter is open to all, serving 3 meals a day, provision for staying overnight, and hot showers!  Hot meals are also available at the Riegelsville Fire House.  The Durham Township building is open to the public to warm up and recharge your cell phone and other devices.
